• The 30 days BOX to BOX Replacement is only valid for the devices which have Factory Fault Error within 30-days of purchase (or) date of activation.
• The user must provide mCare Warranty Card during the event of claim.
• The claim will be void if the device has physical damage, liquid damage or any other kind of damage which states the device as OUT of Warranty unit.
• The diagnostics time will be within 12 hours to 48 hours.
• mCare will not be responsible for the data loss (or) any other subject which is customer’s privacy.
• mCare has the only right to reject the claim in case of disputes.
