You confirm that you have received the loaner iPhone listed above. This device may be new or refurbished, as determined by mCare. You must return the loaner iPhone within fourteen (14) days of being notified that your repaired device is ready for pickup. The loaner iPhone remains the property of mCare.

You will receive your original iPhone back once the repair is complete, the loaner iPhone is returned, and all payments are settled.

If you can’t pick up your repaired iPhone by the return date, you can request an extension of up to five (5) additional days. Please contact mCare at the location where you received the loaner iPhone to make this request. The new return date will be confirmed, and all terms will still apply.

Please take care of the loaner iPhone and protect it from damage, loss, or misuse. If it’s lost, stolen, or damaged, notify mCare immediately. Only mCare can perform repairs on the loaner device. You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs if the device is not returned in good condition.

The loaner iPhone is for your personal use only while your device is being serviced. Please do not use it for any illegal activities, and ensure any installed software is properly licensed.

Before returning the loaner iPhone, you must remove all your personal files and data. Back up your information using computer so you can transfer it to your repaired iPhone. mCare is not responsible for any data left on or erased from the loaner iPhone after it is returned.

Any hardware provided with the loaner iPhone is licensed specifically for that device and should not be removed. You agree not to reverse technician or modify any software or components related to the loaner iPhone.

To the extent allowed by law, mCare is not responsible for any damages resulting from these terms or your use of the loaner iPhone, including any loss of personal property, software, or data.
